The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Review resumes, maintain candidate records, and coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring teams.
• Support candidate communication, interview follow-ups, and status tracking throughout the recruitment process.
• Help prepare recruitment reports and keep hiring documentation accurate and up to date.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve the candidate experience and meet hiring timelines.
