Key Responsibilities

Who Can Apply?

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Create and post job openings.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Support day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Explore effective candidate sourcing strategies.
• Students, fresh graduates, or freshers interested in HR & Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous recruitment experience is *not required*.
