Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee and candidate records.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Help prepare onboarding documents and support joining formalities for new employees.
• Coordinate with team members on attendance, employee engagement, and routine HR activities.
• Organize HR files, trackers, and reports while maintaining confidentiality of information.
