The work

Responsibility

• Source qualified Physiotherapists across India through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Identify candidates who are interested in pursuing career opportunities in Germany.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and explain the opportunity professionally.
• Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, location and willingness to relocate.
• Collect and maintain accurate candidate information.
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
• Identify candidates who have previously applied through another recruitment agency or may already be represented for the opportunity.
• Coordinate with the Zentraa recruitment team for further screening and candidate processing.
• Support interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups where required.

• Willingness to learn recruitment and international hiring

• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing

Educational Background

Students or graduates from HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related fields are preferred, but motivated candidates from other backgrounds are also welcome.
