The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Develop product strategies and plans to increase overall usage, user satisfaction, and profitability of existing products while aiding in the development of new products.
  • Assess and specify market requirements through market research and ongoing discussions with internal clients and client-facing teams.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution and feature implementation in collaboration with development partners.
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive product requirements (PRDs), statements of work (SOWs), and provide feedback on product costs and budget impact.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 2+ years of professional product management or related experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of employment laws, alongside proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in Hyderabad in a fast-paced, continually changing business environment.
