Branch International is hiring for the role of Associate Product Manager!
The work
•
Understand customer problems deeply through data analysis, user research, and direct customer feedback.
•
Break complex business challenges into clear product opportunities and actionable roadmaps.
•
Define clear product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality digital lending solutions.
•
Design product experiments, analyze data results, and use evidence to guide roadmap decisions.
•
Track product performance across key metrics (conversion, activation, repayment, retention) and optimize business outcomes.
•
Collaborate closely across cross-functional teams including Risk, Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Design, and Engineering.
•
Evaluate and manage third-party integrations and strategic partnerships to accelerate the product roadmap.
Who they want
•
1 to 3 years of total experience in product management, analytics, or tech-driven operational roles.
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related quantitative fields.
•
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
•
Excellent written communication skills and comfort collaborating with distributed remote teams.
•
Prior experience in Fintech or digital lending is a plus, but not mandatory.
