The work

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, training partners, and community stakeholders to create placement opportunities.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Track placement pipelines, joining outcomes, employer feedback, and post-placement retention through accurate reports.
• Support placement drives, career counselling activities, and coordination across internal programme teams.
• Identify hiring trends and strengthen employer engagement strategies in line with programme goals.

Who they want

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in placements, recruitment, employer relations, career services, or programme coordination.
• Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple placement activities, maintain organised records, and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Comfort with field coordination and working with diverse candidate groups in the social welfare sector.
• Salary range: ₹3 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA, depending on the candidate’s current or previous salary and overall fit.
