About the role

Plum is hiring for the role of People Ops Intern!

The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

  • Coordinate with employees for claim submissions, verify documents and ensure timely handover o Finance.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, support offer letter issuance and maintain onboarding trackers.
  • Initiate BGV for new hires, follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
  • Manage employee additions, deletions and updates through the Plum dashboard.
  • Collect and validate onboarding documents, including PF documents, and ensure payroll-related documents are completed within timelines.
  • Track exits, coordinate exit clearance and documentation, and ensure a smooth offboarding process.

This is a Work From Office role, 5 days a week, for a 6-month full-time internship.

•

If you're currently attending college, please ensure you can secure a No Objection Certificate (NOC) allowing you to work with us full-time, in office, for the entire 6-month duration.

•

PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) is based on performance and organisational needs at the time.
