The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and HR database updates.
• Help prepare internal communications, HR reports, and routine administrative documents.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling employee and applicant information.
