About the role
Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen,andshortlist candidates using job portals and LinkedIn. • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases. • Approach potential clients to offer a pool of job-ready and industry-relevant candidates. • Understand client hiring requirements and deliver relevant profiles. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication. • Identify and reach out to colleges and institutes to organize placement drives. • Coordinate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and manage placement events. • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
