Omniventra Manpower Solutions is hiring for an industrial project sales opportunity with organisations operating in PEB buildings and steel structure manufacturing. The role will focus on developing business across Kolkata and Jamshedpur while engaging with clients requiring practical, reliable project solutions.

The work

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads for pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, and related industrial projects.
• Develop relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closure.
• Build territory plans for Kolkata and Jamshedpur, track the pipeline, and achieve business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handover.
• Monitor market activity, competitor positioning, client requirements, and opportunities in the industrial construction segment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in PEB sales and marketing, industrial project sales, B2B client acquisition, or business development is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of PEB buildings, steel structures, industrial projects, or related construction solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, conduct consultative sales discussions, and close B2B opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in an in-office, full-time role based in Kolkata or Jamshedpur.
• Compensation is ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month fixed, with additional incentives. Candidates with a current or last salary below ₹40,000 per month may also be considered according to client criteria.
