Carrier is hiring for the role of Payroll Associate!
The work
•
Daily, proactive interactions with key internal business partners and customers
•
Adherence to the defined payroll calendar
•
Maintenance of standard work/procedures
•
Integration data management (connector between Workday and SAP)
•
Payroll reconciliations
•
Maintenance of the payroll blueprint
•
Report creation and analysis
•
Collaboration with vendors
•
Monitor banking files and address rejects
•
Basic testing/QA of change requests
•
In-depth research of escalated issues
•
Payroll Lodgments
•
Expat Payroll processing
•
Year-end submission
•
Employee inquiry resolution and advanced issue resolution
•

Who they want
•
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary degree required
•
Payroll certification/qualification required
•
1 -4 years payroll experience in Malaysia Payroll
•
SAP preferred with knowledge of Workday and associated integrations
•
ACE Associate (Carrier continuous process improvement and quality assurance methodology) within a year of hire or within a year of notification under new job framework
