The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Ensure all documentation is dealt with effectively, checked for correctness, and receipt acknowledged.
• Handle internal complex client requests (manual input tasks).
• Carry out any other reasonable administration requests made by the team.
• Ensure that any report/data request regarding Billing/E-Billing and Reconciliation is provided in a timely manner.
• Implement reconciliations processes to ensure no revenue leakages.
• Achieve client satisfaction by timely preparation/submission of invoices and resolving client billing queries.
• Maintain best practices in the team and comply with all procedures.
• Develop relationships with clients and internal contacts.
• Provide support on business initiatives to improve quality of service.
• Perform trend analysis and reporting.
• Prepare allocation for work and maintain process manuals/SOPs.

Who they want

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of experience for Senior Order Management & Billing Specialist in the Billing domain (Freshers can also apply).
• Thorough knowledge of the Order to Cash cycle.
• B.Com Graduate (preferred) with minimum 50% marks throughout education.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Strong client orientation, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Time management and ability to work well under pressure to deliver agreed timelines.
• Ability to work in a complex and dynamic international environment.
• Self-motivation, strong team ethic, initiative, and flexibility.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
