The work

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing customers in and around the assigned territory to present company services.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and support the conversion of prospects into business opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses.
• Track field visits, leads, follow-ups, and marketing outcomes through appropriate reports.
• Represent Universal Calibration Services professionally during customer meetings and market visits.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with the internal team to support business growth.

Requirements

This is a full-time opportunity with two vacancies. The selected candidate will work with the on-site marketing team, engage directly with customers, and contribute to lead generation and business development activities across the assigned area. An additional petrol allowance is provided for eligible travel connected with the role. The annual CTC is ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,10,000.

• BBA or MBA in Marketing.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant marketing or field sales experience may apply.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and persuasion skills.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory because the role involves on-site travel.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chakan and travel locally as required.
• Male candidates from Chakan and nearby areas are preferred for this on-site, travel-oriented role.
