Responsibilities

• Handle voice and non-voice customer interactions professionally and accurately.
• Respond to customer queries, maintain records, and follow defined process guidelines.
• Support business development activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer or prospect requirements.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and business performance objectives.
• Maintain timely updates in company systems and prepare relevant reports when required.

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000. Candidates who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and contributing to business growth will be well suited for this role.
