Roles and Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their mutual fund investment interests and requirements. • Explain mutual fund products, investment processes, and related service information to clients clearly and responsibly. • Support clients with account opening, documentation, transaction processing, and other distribution-related activities. • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates regarding their investment-related requests. • Assist in generating new business opportunities through client outreach, referrals, and relationship-building activities. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, documentation, and transaction-related information. • Follow organizational processes and ensure that client servicing activities are handled accurately and professionally. • Stay informed about available mutual fund offerings and communicate relevant information to clients appropriately. • Contribute to building long-term client relationships through responsive service and consistent follow-up.
