With a live platform and partner spaces across Bengaluru, the team is focused on building awareness, demand, and measurable bookings through practical, resource-conscious marketing.

The work

Responsibilities

• Manage a consistent presence across Instagram and X with useful, credible content about workspaces, localities, and flexible working in Bengaluru.
• Create locality and meeting-room pages designed to capture search intent, answer practical customer questions, and communicate pricing and availability clearly.
• Run small, carefully measured Google Search campaigns using keyword research, exact and phrase match, manual bidding, and geographic targeting.
• Build distribution through workspace operators by securing Google Business Profile access, adding tracked booking links, coordinating QR standees, and maintaining directory listings.
• Improve conversion through WhatsApp flows, timely lead responses, and clear follow-up processes.
• Use UTMs, analytics, and booking data to identify which pages, posts, ads, or operators generate qualified enquiries and bookings.
• Speak with workspace operators and prospective customers, while using AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and execution.

Requirements

• Final-semester students are welcome, including candidates completing a placement or industry internship requirement.
• Strong plain-English writing ability and evidence of work that was seen by people beyond academic evaluators.
• Comfort creating simple, polished marketing materials in Canva; Figma is a bonus.
• Ability to post consistently, schedule content, respond to comments and messages, and maintain execution over time.
• Working knowledge of Google Search campaigns, Keyword Planner, geographic targeting, analytics, and tracking is preferred.
• Comfort with numbers, campaign measurement, UTMs, and honestly evaluating what worked.
• Willingness to speak with customers and operators rather than working only behind a screen.
• A marketing degree, agency experience, large follower count, and video production experience are not required.

Recruitment Process

This is a six-month hybrid internship based in Bengaluru, running from early November 2026 through the end of April 2027. The stipend is ₹10,000 per month. Academic commitments and examinations can be accommodated with advance communication. Selected candidates will receive structured feedback, founder access, a formal review, an internship certificate, and a reference. Candidates should be prepared to share a writing, content, or marketing sample during the process.
