The work

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Support user interviews, surveys, desk research, and synthesis of findings.
• Help identify product improvement ideas and growth opportunities from qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Assist with experiment planning, campaign analysis, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Prepare concise reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate remotely with the product and growth team and communicate progress clearly.
