The work

Responsibilities

Who Can Apply?

• Find and research potential hostel, PG and property-management customers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other channels.
• Contact prospects, introduce Vasati and follow up with interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate product demos.
• Maintain lead details and track outreach using Google Sheets/CRM.
• Explore new marketing and lead-generation opportunities.
• Support the team in converting qualified leads into customers.
• Freshers and students are welcome.
• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, sales or lead generation preferred.
• Candidates with more experience can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using social media, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, consistent and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Opportunity

This is an unpaid internship with performance-based incentives. There is no fixed monthly stipend; incentives will be based on the quality and results of your work, including qualified leads, demos and customer conversions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in startup marketing, sales, lead generation and SaaS/product growth, with opportunities for continued engagement based on performance.
