About the Role

We're looking for someone to own and grow Unstop's work with state governments, union territories, and central ministries. You'll drive outreach, build relationships, manage bids, and help government bodies use Unstop's platform for skilling, placement, and talent engagement.

The work

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue opportunities across state governments, UTs, and central ministries
• Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders and skill development missions
• Draft and negotiate MoUs, proposals, and partnership agreements
• Lead end to end bid management on GeM and other government tenders, including technical and financial proposals
• Track tender opportunities and assess eligibility fit before pursuing them
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, product, delivery) to support live government engagements
• Prepare pitch decks, MoMs, and proposal documents tailored to government requirements
• Represent Unstop in meetings with government officials and partner organisations

Who they want

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of experience in government sales, public sector partnerships, or B2G business development
• Experience with tender processes, GeM, and government procurement systems
• Strong writing and documentation skills for MoUs, proposals, and compliance responses
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing a large outreach pipeline
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NC
• Prior experience in edtech, skilling, or government skill missions is a plus
