The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues raised by plant users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, industrial applications, and security software.
  • Manufacturing Systems & Applications
  • Support MES, SCADA/HMI interfaces, SAP/ERP access, and shop-floor automation devices.
  • Coordinate with central IT for firewall policies and network security.
  • Maintenance & Compliance
  • Perform periodic preventive maintenance across plant systems.
  • Maintain asset inventory, AMC records, and compliance documentation.
  • Support IT audits, data backup, antivirus deployment, and patch compliance.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, user management.

•

Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

•

Experience supporting manufacturing environments, OT/IT integration (preferred).

•

Hands-on exposure to industrial peripherals, barcode systems, production terminals.

•

Familiarity with CCTV, access control, printers, handheld devices.

•

Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

•

Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under time pressure.
