About the Role

• We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us as IT Recruitment Interns.
• This role will primarily focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for Product and Technology positions using various platforms and tools.
• If you’re someone who loves understanding tech roles, enjoys research, and wants to learn how world-class hiring works—this opportunity is for you!

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other hiring tools.
• Understand job requirements for Product Management, Engineering, and Design roles.
• Engage and build rapport with potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure smooth coordination.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to learn end-to-end hiring processes.
• Stay updated with latest trends in tech and product hiring.

Eligibility

• Open to recent graduates or final-year students (any stream).
• Available to work from office (HSR Layout, Bangalore).
• Minimum internship period: 3–6 months.
