The work

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other relevant platforms.
• Search for candidate profiles that match job requirements and staffing needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate communication.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist with candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• Support documentation and day-to-day activities related to U.S. IT staffing.
• Work according to U.S. business hours when required and contribute in a target-oriented environment.

Requirements

This is a three-month remote, unpaid internship. Interns will gain hands-on experience in U.S. IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, staffing processes, and professional communication. An internship certificate may be provided subject to company policy. The selection process includes application screening, an HR discussion, and final selection.
