  • Contributing to the development of cloud service delivery models and strategies
  • Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
  • Providing technical consultation to clients on cloud-based service management solutions
  • Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions in cloud operations
