The work

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries within defined service standards.
• Maintain clear call records, follow process guidelines, and escalate complex issues when required.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in coaching and process training.

Requirements

This is a full-time opportunity in the BPO industry with annual compensation ranging from INR 2,50,000 to INR 4,50,000. Successful candidates will receive structured onboarding and ongoing support to build a strong foundation in international customer service.

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not required.
• Strong spoken English, active listening, and confident interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with patience, adaptability, and willingness to work in an international voice process.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn CRM and support systems.
• Applicants should be comfortable working full time from the assigned office location in Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur, Gurgaon, or Hyderabad.
