This internship offers hands-on exposure to international B2B business development, export marketing, market research, lead generation, and client acquisition.

The work

Responsibilities

• Research established manufacturing companies in selected international markets and identify businesses matching Nvision Advisory’s target profile.
• Build, verify, and maintain accurate B2B databases of companies and relevant senior decision-makers using online research and AI-assisted tools.
• Evaluate potential business opportunities and document why selected companies may be suitable prospects.
• Support targeted international outreach through email, calling, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Generate relevant conversations and online meetings with prospective buyers and business contacts, supporting RFQ generation and sales development.
• Monitor responses, coordinate introductory meetings, maintain the meeting calendar, prepare background notes, and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain regular reporting, accurate records, and high-quality research while working independently from home.

Nvision Advisory will provide training and gradually expand responsibilities based on performance. The internship offers practical exposure to international business development, export marketing, prospect identification, decision-maker research, CRM and database management, professional communication, and AI-enabled market research. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Business Development or International Market Research position after completion, with a potential annual salary of ₹2.5 lakh to ₹14 lakh.

• Prior work experience or internship experience is mandatory.
• Relevant interest or capability in business development, business research, market analysis, marketing, or market research.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills suitable for international B2B interactions.
• Comfort with internet research, information verification, Excel or Google Sheets, and professional database management.
• Highly organized, curious about international business, detail-oriented, persistent, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with consistent working hours, professional conduct, and accurate reporting.

• The role requires approximately 6–7 hours per day, 6 days per week, and availability to work remotely for six months.
