Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Interns to support our business growth, generate leads, engage with prospective customers, and build strong relationships with students, institutions, and potential partners.

The work

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers, students, institutions, and business partners.
  • Sales & Outreach: Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Product Promotion: Explain Weskill’s courses, training programs, and offerings to prospective customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Market Research: Research competitors, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with leads and support the conversion process.
  • Reporting: Maintain lead databases, update CRM or Excel records, and submit regular activity reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply.
  • Freshers with an interest in sales and business development can apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in interacting with new people.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work toward targets.
