zapplr media is hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive to support engaging creator-led campaigns for brands. The role is based on-site at the organisation's Ernakulam office and offers the opportunity to work closely with creators, content specialists and account managers in a fast-moving influencer marketing environment.

The work

Responsibilities

  • Research, shortlist and contact suitable creators across Instagram and YouTube for client campaigns.
  • Coordinate creator briefs, deliverables, timelines, approvals and publishing schedules.
  • Review content for alignment with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, quality standards and platform formats.
  • Follow up with creators until approved content is published and maintain accurate campaign trackers.
  • Collect performance metrics such as views, reach and engagement, and assist with campaign reports and creator recommendations.
  • Monitor emerging formats, social media trends and promising creators in the South Indian market.

Who they want

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with an agency or brand.
  • Strong understanding of reels, video formats, editing fundamentals and content performance on social media.
  • Fluency in Malayalam and English is required; Tamil, Telugu or Kannada is an advantage.
  • Organised, responsive and comfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, approvals and multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam.
