The work

What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of interns and team members.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, college networks, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage HR records.
• Support employee engagement, communication, attendance, and team coordination.
• Help build and improve HR processes, policies, and internal systems.
• Work closely with team leads to understand hiring and people requirements.
