The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of day-to-day human resources activities and administrative processes.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining employee and internship-related records.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews, meetings, and HR-related activities.
• Help coordinate internal communication and follow-ups with candidates, interns, and employees.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, trackers, and other relevant records.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling human resources information and organizational documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and research activities assigned by the organization.
• Monitoring Sessions and collecting feedback from the Clients
