The work

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and final selection.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, and other relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Resume & Profile Screening: Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to assess their suitability based on the requirements of each role.
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, collect feedback, conduct follow-ups, and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update recruitment trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.
