The work

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and college placement cells.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding documents, attendance, and employee records.
• Support campus recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility

• MBA HR, MSW, BBA HR, or a related qualification.
• Freshers and recent graduates may apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be willing to work from our Salem office.
