PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Supply Chain!
The work
•
Work closely with field business users and IT support teams to understand organizational needs and develop/deliver innovative tools.
•
Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing/testing new robust SAP functionality.
•
Gather, analyze, and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain.
•
Develop and execute analytical tools using Excel and Access for business teams to achieve performance objectives.
•
Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements.
•
Develop and deliver training materials required to implement new tools, enhancements, or procedures.
•
Manage and resolve 1,000+ IDOC issues per day within defined SLA timelines to support business continuity.
Who they want
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or an applicable degree.
•
1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain.
•
Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Hana.
•
Practical working/programming knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA, and SQL is a plus.
•
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•
Working knowledge of order processing, order lifecycle, and/or master data.
