Mastermind Research Technologies is offering a practical, fully remote internship for motivated students and freshers who want to build a foundation in human resources, recruitment, candidate engagement, marketing outreach, and institutional partnerships. Interns will work in a collaborative environment, gain exposure to real hiring activities, and develop professional communication, coordination, and organizational skills while supporting day-to-day business initiatives.

The work

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Coordinate HR interviews, follow up with candidates, support selection activities, and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and essential HR records accurately.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and routine HR operations.
• Understand client hiring requirements and help match them with suitable candidate profiles.
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients, companies, colleges, and educational institutions through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Assist with placement drives, partnerships, collaborations, and related events.
• Provide support for general HR, marketing, and administrative activities as needed.

This is a three-month, unpaid, work-from-home internship. Immediate availability is preferred. The role is suitable for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, candidate coordination, client outreach, marketing support, and institutional engagement.

• Open to college students and freshers with an interest in HR, recruitment, partnerships, or business development.
• An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
• Comfort with outreach, networking, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships.
• Proactive, organized, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior HR experience is helpful but not required.
