The work

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day human resources operations and employee documentation.
• Handle labor-related processes and support compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Maintain attendance records, leave data, and employee information accurately.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validate calculations, and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Monitor statutory and internal HR compliances, maintain records, and support audits.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

Requirements

This is a full-time opportunity based in Rajkot, Gujarat, with an annual compensation of approximately ₹6,00,000.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management or a similar HR operations role.
• Practical knowledge of labor handling, attendance management, payroll coordination, and compliances.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage HR records and deadlines independently in a full-time, in-office environment.
• Experience working with HR or payroll systems will be an advantage.
