  • Understanding of the complete employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
  • Exposure to employee engagement, performance management, and people initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work with HR professionals and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with HRMS, HR reporting, documentation, and HR processes.
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Internship certificate upon successful completion of the internship, as applicable.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Prior 1 years to 2 years experience before post graduation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to HRMS or recruitment/HR tools will be an added advantage.
