Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers, employee records, and routine HR documentation.
• Help prepare communication, follow-up messages, and status updates for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in assigned HR projects and contribute ideas for improving people-related processes.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.

This is a three-month, unpaid, full-time internship conducted remotely. Successful completion will be recognized with an internship certificate.
