The work

Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment record maintenance.
• Assist with recruitment updates, candidate follow-ups, and organizing HR information.
• Help prepare professional communication for applicants and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects.

Requirements

This is a paid, three-month internship with a monthly stipend of ₹2,000–₹3,000. The selected intern will gain practical exposure to HR workflows while working remotely with the FLYSPIRE team. Upon successful completion, interns will receive an internship certificate and a letter of recommendation.

• Applicants should have 3–6 months of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, people operations, or a related area.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• A responsible approach to handling candidate and employee information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage timelines, and collaborate through online tools.
