The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
• Support communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Help organize employee records, onboarding documentation, and routine HR reports.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on pending actions, and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other people-focused projects as assigned.

This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship for three months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000. The intern will work closely with the team and gain practical insight into day-to-day HR processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, and workplace operations.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and common workplace tools.
• Willingness to work from the Mumbai office and learn through hands-on experience.
