The intern will work on hiring-related activities based on the organization’s current requirements and will receive clear instructions and deadlines for assigned deliverables.

The work

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with recruitment and hiring activities as required.
• Understand hiring needs shared by the organization and work toward suitable candidate outreach and coordination.
• Assist with maintaining recruitment information, tracking progress, and completing assigned tasks accurately.
• Manage responsibilities against communicated deadlines and provide timely updates on task status.
• Coordinate professionally with applicants and internal stakeholders when required.

Requirements

This is a two-month unpaid internship in the Human Resources domain. Successful completion will be recognized with an internship certificate and a letter of recommendation.

• Freshers and candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet assigned deadlines.
• Basic familiarity with online communication and document-management tools is helpful.
