Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities for IT and business requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial conversations, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offer discussions, documentation, and immediate joining requirements.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, offering an annual CTC ranging from ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA.

• Fresher with a graduate degree; candidates with a background in management or psychology are preferred.

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the IT industry.
