The work

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including role understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback follow-up, and offer discussions.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, build effective sourcing plans, and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Use job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels to identify relevant talent.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, provide timely status updates, and support a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify process gaps, and contribute to improving turnaround time and hiring quality.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida, offering a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month. The successful candidate will bring ownership, professionalism, and a practical, results-oriented approach to every hiring assignment.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions while maintaining organized follow-ups and documentation.
• Comfort with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and online sourcing platforms.
• Prior experience in human resources services or a client-facing recruitment environment will be valuable.
