The work

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Manage onboarding, employee/tutor coordination and HR activities.
  • Conduct admission consultation with prospects
  • Manage HNI clients
  • Coordinate with tutors, parents, students and internal teams.
  • Manage class schedules, attendance and day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support employee engagement, training and performance improvement.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and process improvements.
