Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth & Events Intern to develop and drive our strategy for taking the new blends offline. You’ll plan our tasting pop-ups, sampling drives and venue collaborations, and shape how these events look and feel on social media, so every event is worth showing up to and worth posting about.

This is a planning role. The events happen offline, but you don’t need to be there in person.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with both founders.

The work

Key Responsibilities

Also

Outreach & Partnerships

  • Shortlist and reach out to cafes, yoga studios, gyms and run clubs that fit the brand
  • Close partnerships and keep relationships going after the first event

Also

Events & Sampling

  • Plan tasting pop-ups, sampling drives and studio collaborations
  • Design the event flow so it feels fresh and fun, not like a product demo
  • Coordinate logistics: product stock, materials, setup and vendors
  • Track how each event performs and what to improve next time

Also

Social & Trends

  • Set the social media direction for each event: what we shoot and what we post
  • Build trends into event ideas and generate buzz before, during and after.

Also

Candidate Profile

  • Students or recent graduates from any discipline
  • Fluent in English and on Instagram; you know what’s trending before it peaks
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
  • Quick, organised and good at following up
  • Able to handle the small details of an event without losing sight of the big picture
  • Past experience with brand collaborations, college fests, event organising or outreach is a strong plus
  • Interest in food, wellness or consumer brands is a bonus

What you get

What You’ll Get

  • Ownership of real events and partnerships from day one
  • Direct mentorship from the founders of an early-stage consumer brand
  • Reimbursement for all work-related expenses
  • Internship certificate and letter of recommendation
  • A strong shot at a full-time role: we’re building out our team, and interns who perform well and understand the brand will be our first consideration
