Volvo Group is hiring for the role of Graduate Apprentice!
The work
•
Manage plant absenteeism by preparing and presenting daily reports to ensure optimal workforce availability in coordination with stakeholders.
•
Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction workflows for fixed-term employees and graduate apprentice trainees.
•
Support contract labor management, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, biometric attendance reporting, statutory compliance, and dashboard maintenance.
•
Coordinate NTTF training for land contributor trainees and assist in developing employee relations policies.
•
Assist in salary and wage administration, including preparation of monthly payroll inputs.
•
Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities such as celebrations, transportation management, and family/sports days.
•
Support logistics and coordination for industrial visits, internships, and project trainees.
Who they want

Educational qualification: BBA or any relevant bachelor's degree.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
•
Exposure to or familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
•
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
•
Eligible to enroll under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) for a 1-year on-the-job training program.
