TMF Group is hiring for the role of Junior Executive - Accounting and Tax!
The work
•
Assist in recording day-to-day accounting transactions within the accounting system.
•
Support invoice verification, documentation activities, and record maintenance.
•
Maintain and organize vouchers, general accounting records, and supporting files.
•
Assist with bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
•
Support the preparation of routine accounting schedules, reports, and month-end close reconciliations.
•
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required accounting details and track outstanding invoices.
•
Ensure proper filing and systematic maintenance of statutory and financial documentation.
•
Participate in process improvement and data cleanup initiatives as needed.
Who they want

Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
•
Strong academic understanding of bookkeeping principles and standard accounting concepts.
•
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
•
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
•
Good written and verbal communication skills.
•
Prior internship or project exposure in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Audit is an added advantage.
