The work
•
Analyzes financial data, market trends, sales performance, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making.
•
Assists in preparing annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against projections, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
•
Implements appropriate financial controls to manage business risks and strengthen competitive advantage.
•
Leads accounting teams, assigns responsibilities, communicates goals, and ensures staff accountability and development.
•
Supports property strategy from a finance and accounting perspective, ensuring accurate Profit and Loss statements and timely financial reporting.
•
Monitors taxes, reviews audit results, implements necessary corrections, and ensures compliance with financial regulations and operating procedures.
•
Prepares accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
•
Advises the General Manager and executive committee on financial performance, operating issues, and business decisions.
•
Communicates with owners and key stakeholders regarding financial results, business priorities, and ROI expectations.
•
Oversees team training, orientation, consistent application of property policies, and individual employee development plans.
