Responsibilities of the Intern

  • Take ownership of meaningful work and contribute to real business priorities across Global Support Functions.
  • Build technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience in risk management, finance, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Learn how data, technology, and processes are used to improve operational efficiency and global banking workflows.
  • Develop communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills while interacting with experienced colleagues and senior leaders.

  • Graduated from college in 2025 or 2026 with a 3-year undergraduate degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, or equivalent.
  • Candidates pursuing or holding a PG qualification (e.g., MBA, M.Com, PGDM) are NOT eligible.
  • Strong academic performance and active involvement beyond the classroom, with legal authorization to work in India.
  • Confident working with data and Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment.
