The work

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses across Lucknow, including the Gomti Nagar area, to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Understand prospect requirements and recommend suitable IT products or solutions.
• Present offerings clearly, answer initial questions and maintain a professional customer experience.
• Conduct timely follow-ups, update lead information and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with business contacts and consistently work toward customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Share market feedback, competitor observations and lead status with the internal business development team.

Requirements

Compensation: Annual salary of ₹2.4–4 LPA. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Lucknow.

• Graduate qualification from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, lead generation or a related customer-facing role.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with frequent market visits.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain IT solutions in a clear, benefits-focused manner.
• Willingness to work in an in-office and field-based role in Lucknow.
