The work

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers across assigned areas.
• Explain products or services clearly and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct field visits, generate leads, and follow up consistently to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, meetings, and sales outcomes.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets while providing regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with customers and support post-sales coordination when required.

This is a permanent, full-time, in-office field sales opportunity based in Rajkot, Gujarat, with an annual salary range of ₹2,40,000 to ₹2,80,000.

• Suitable for freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with regular local travel and meeting customers in the field.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
